Offshoots is an outstanding culinary destination for anyone looking for a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner fare in the midst of Denver’s most beautiful backyard. In the morning, select a variety of freshly made breakfast burritos, pastries, stuffed breakfast croissants or Offshoots already famous homemade pop-tarts. Lunch and dinner provides a variety of paninis, salads, soups and sandwiches all made with fresh, organic ingredients that are obtained as locally as possible reflecting the Gardens’ core value of sustainability. Offshoots also has a full service coffee bar and with free WiFi throughout the cafe. Enjoy a latte, surf the Web, work remotely and relax in one of the cushy chairs or at the laptop bar in front of a window that looks out on vistas of gardens or inside our Conservatory. Lots of vegetarian items are available. The Gardens has never looked more beautiful than it does now. C’mon over and treat yourself to the beauty of nature at it’s finest and have a “treat” in Denver’s newest hotspot!

Thank you, Kambuib! That is our goal and our hope that you have the kind of experience you just described. All 130+ staff members work everyday to ensure you can explore natural environments and learn how they impact all our lives in the past, today and in the future.

I had the apple, brie and fig pop-tart yesterday. Excellent! Looking forward to lunch there tomorrow. The wait staff is so friendly and attentive. And they are open during the Gardens regular hours of operation too–gotta love that. Looking forward to sipping my latte and doing some Web site updates (what an inspiring view) using Wi-Fi.

I LOVED the new use of space, and the snacks were yummy! However, I was sad to see the staff using the trash can instead of the compost bin for the compostable stuff. Putting compostables in the landfill is possibly worse than plastic. Could someone please get them a compost bin in the kitchen area and educate the staff?
