Last Friday, I got a taste of the transformative power of Cleo Parker Robinson and her ensemble of gorgeous dancers in Denver Botanic Gardens’ Mitchell Hall. Before the performance began, she approached center stage with such enthusiasm such a willingness to share her knowledge and experience with the crowd. Her “Uh-Huh” attitude put the audience on the edge of their seats. Later, when the dancers took the stage, I found myself not wanting to look away for even a second. The only reason why I did was to take a glance to see if the rest of the audience was enjoying the performance as much as I. Every person’s eyes seemed to be glued to the stage, attentively, and anxiously waiting to see what would come next. If you have a free hour to view their next performance, I would strongly encourage it! You will leave feeling enlightened and re-energized….Uh-Huh!!!
